Here We Go - Man Utd Want Fellaini On The Cheap

Media outlets have gone into overdrive that David Moyes, having lost out on a move for Barcelona's Cesc Fabregas will now move for Marouane Fellaini.

Apparently the clause that allowed the Belgian to leave Everton for £23m has expired, so the papers are saying Man Utd will come in with a bid lower than that.
A couple of points here. Firstly the player. If Felli wants to go let him. Lets not have a situation like the ones featuring other non classy Premiership clubs that have clogged up the papers, radio and TV over the Summer.
BUT Everton have got to stand firm on the fee and get at least the £23m even if the clause has expired. Also lets get it done quickly. Give Roberto the money to relace the player and move on.
Many Everton fans now feel let down by David Moyes, having given their manager a terrific send off at the last home game. But thats football. no love lost here.
Meanwhile Felli was playing for Everton in hot Miami last night while Roberto was keeping his cool.
Roberto said: "There are no bids. When you read that someone is interested in someone, it doesn't mean there is a bid on the table.

"Marouane has been working really hard. Leighton Baines has been working really hard for the team and that's all that matters.

"Headlines in the media happen at this time of the season unfortunately but it won't distract me from the work we have to do. I'm not bothered at all.

"It is speculation in the media and you'll never stop that. I've said from day one as a manager you only concentrate on working hard. I don't mind having my players grabbing headlines. That's a good story because it means they've been doing well and performing well.

"I'm only concentrating on having as strong a squad as possible for the start of the season. That's all my concern is."
What do you think? Will Fellaini Leave?
